How does the borrowing process work? +
Once you sign up to a membership, you browse our catalogue and request a set. We deliver it to your door on the Isle of Man. When you're finished building, simply dismantle it, pack it up, and we'll collect it. Then pick your next set!
Can I have more than one set at a time? +
Not currently — each membership allows one set at a time. You must return your current set before your next one is dispatched. This keeps things fair for everyone!
What if a set I want isn't available? +
You can join our waitlist — it operates on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively, request a set we don't stock yet — we'll order it in within 7–10 days.
What happens if pieces are missing or damaged? +
Every set is checked before dispatch. If you notice a missing piece, let us know. Accidental damage during building is fine — we understand! Deliberate damage or loss may incur a small fee.
Do you deliver outside the Isle of Man? +
No — Swift Bricks is exclusively for Isle of Man residents. This is what makes us special: a truly local LEGO® subscription service built for our island community.
Can I cancel my membership? +
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Just make sure you return any sets you currently have on loan first. Your membership will remain active until the end of your billing period.
